OBJECTIF SPORT!
Primary 5 recently had the opportunity to visit the Objectif Sport! exhibition in Alliance Francaise, Glasgow. We witnessed many incredible photographs that showcased sports from all around the world and learned some vocabulary for sport in French.
We then went on to visit the Transport Museum just for fun!
Outdoor Classroom Day 2017
Primary 5 took their learning out of the classroom and into the outdoors on Outdoor Classroom Day, Thursday 18th May 2017. In Mathematics and Numeracy, we have been learning how to interpret the 8-point compass, and have been using these skills to help read maps.
We went one step further, and created our own maps of our school and its grounds. Through this activity, we learned about using symbols to represent items. As you can see, our maps were of a very high standard!
